Snowshoeing in Hobble Creek Canyon

I'm pretty sure the trail is this way.
In an effort to leave the claustrophobia of the city, we decided to try out snowshoeing. I don't know why I've never tried it before. I guess it never sounded very glamorous. Or fun. But it was (fun I mean, not glamorous).

Springville City rents out snowshoes for the day for a reasonable price (check it out here). You can go wherever you want, you just have to be back by closing time.

I wanted to find the nearest crack in the mountain and head backcountry.

Mark wanted to stay by the river. So we split the time and did both. Definitely not a bad way to spend an afternoon.
